I am a results-driven IT professional with extensive experience in support, operations analysis, and strategic IT management. Currently serving as the Director of IT at a prestigious international school, I leverage my background to enhance operational efficiency and improve user satisfaction across diverse teams.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed IT initiatives that align with organisational goals, leading to significant improvements in service delivery and user engagement. My experience includes restructuring teams to meet evolving business needs and implementing cloud computing solutions that enhance accessibility and collaboration.

As an IT Consultant, I supported over 3,000 users at Trinity Mirror and atVirgin Net I was responsible for Virgin Reseller Projects, collaborating with key partners such as NTL, HP, Bush, and Peugeot. I played a pivotal role in planning and executing projects like Virgin Net, Virgin Com, and Virgin Wines, while providing technical support to remote users across the UK and Europe.

As the Director of IT, I have developed and executed comprehensive IT strategies that align with organisational objectives, leading to significant enhancements in service delivery and user engagement. My focus on business analysis allows me to assess organisational needs effectively and implement solutions that drive productivity and innovation. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that informed strategic decision-making and supported data-driven initiatives.

Having dyslexia, I possess a deep-rooted drive to understand the bigger picture and establish connections between everyday actions.
